Plano housing is dominated by the 1970 to 1999 building boom, which accounts for roughly 66 percent of the stock. Another 29 percent went up in 2000 or later, and only about 4 percent predates 1970.

Carrollton is an established suburb rather than a new one. Roughly 64 percent of homes date from 1970 to 1999, about 27 percent from 2000 onward, and close to 9 percent from between 1940 and 1969.

Questions about our service area
Do you charge extra for travel?
Not inside our standard service area, which covers Plano and the surrounding cities out to roughly the edge of the metroplex. If you are far enough out that travel would be a factor, we tell you on the phone before booking rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
How quickly can you get to my city?
Plano, Carrollton, Frisco and Richardson are all within about twenty minutes of our base and usually get same-week slots. Allen and McKinney are twenty five to thirty minutes. During the October to January rush everything books further out, so call earlier in the season if you can.
Do you cover both Dallas and Fort Worth?
Yes, we work both sides of the metroplex. Our base is in Plano, so the northern suburbs are our fastest bookings, but Fort Worth and the western cities are part of our normal service area.
